It turns out Austin "Link" Shin isn't quite done with League of Legends. The longtime Counter Logic Gaming mid laner left the team in 2015 after spending three years with the organization. After he published his infamous manifesto lobbing criticisms at CLG ownership and players, many assumed his LCS days were done.
But Link has found himself back in the NA LCS as a member of Liquid for the 2017 season. He'll rotate with Goldenglue in the mid lane, competing for the starting position. After more than a year out of the scene, he'll have to push himself if he wants to win the job. Say what you will about Link, but his competitive drive has never been in question.
