Gwang-jin “Piglet” Chae experienced the highest highs a League of Legends pro player can experience when he took home the Summoner’s Cup at the 2014 World Championship. But he has since had to endure some of the lowest lows to get another shot at glory. He struck out into the unknown and joined Liquid. It’s been a rocky road which eventually led to Piglet stepping down to play with Team Liquid Academy.
After opting to play largely with Team Liquid Academy in 2016, Piglet is finally making his return to Team Liquid and the NA LCS. Piglet’s mechanical skill is the stuff of legends, and he’s renown for his ability to make even the most skillful plays look deceptively easy. Quite simply: Piglet is a playmaker that Team Liquid has gone far too long without. The kind of firepower that Piglet is capable of unleashing has the potential to make Team Liquid an instant contender for the NA LCS throne. Bot lane beware -- Piglet is back.
