Yechan “Scout” Lee has worked with some of the best mid laners in the business. He’s one of the newest members of Edward Gaming, but don’t let that mislead you -- he’s no rookie pushover. Scout launched his career when he joined SK Telecom T1 as a mid lane substitute. While the team used Faker and Easyhoon as their starters, Scout was working hard as an apprentice, learning from the very best mid laners in the world. From there, he transitioned to Edward Gaming, serving as a substitute for PawN.
Scout’s more than comfortable with the champions the meta demands, playing Viktor and Azir throughout the summer in the LPL. But he’s best known for his play on assassins who dive in deep like LeBlanc, Zed, and Kassadin. This World Championship might just be the chance for Scout to prove himself as a successful mid laner in his own right.
