We’re looking for 10 dedicated fans who are brave enough to battle it out on stage before we go live with the Summer Split Finals on Sunday, September 3rd. After the dust has settled and the winners are crowned, we’ll peel back the curtains and take you behind the scenes to see some of the backstage areas that viewers don’t usually get to see.
Think you have what it takes? All you need to do to have the chance to sit in the same seats as the pros is have a ticket for both the Saturday and Sunday shows at the AccorHotels Arena.
How does it work?
We will be selecting ten ticket-holders via a random draw to participate in an on-stage playtest before the show on Sunday, September 3rd at the 2017 EU LCS Summer Finals in Paris. After the playtest has concluded they will be offered a backstage tour of the venue. By purchasing tickets for both the Third Place Decider Match on Saturday, September 2nd, and the Summer Finals on Sunday, September 3rd, you are automatically entered into the raffle.
When will the raffle be concluded?
The raffle will close on Monday, August 28th at 17:00 CEST. The winners will be notified on Tuesday, August 29th with more information.
Wait! I already have my tickets, do I need to do anything to enter the draw?
Nope! If you’ve already purchased tickets for both days then you’re already entered.
What if I have a ticket for one of the days but not the other?
You will need a ticket for both days to enter the draw, but it isn’t too late to purchase your second ticket. So long as you have both by Monday the 28th, you’re set.

Raffle for two day-ticket buyers
ARTICLE 1 – PRESENTATION OF THE RAFFLE
Riot Games Limited (hereinafter "Riot"), whose registered office is located at The Observatory Building, 7-11 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland, organizes from 22 to 28 August at 5pm (French time) 2017, a free raffle in the context of the “FINALE DU SEGMENT D'ÉTÉ EU 2017” which will be held in Paris on 2 and 3 September 2017, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the rules as set out below.
ARTICLE 2 – PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
The participation in the Raffle implies the acceptance of these rules by the participant.
The Raffle is open to any individual who has already or will purchase (until 28 August 2017 at 5pm, French time) tickets to attend the competition entitled “FINALE DU SEGMENT D'ÉTÉ EU 2017” in Paris on both 2 and 3 September 2017. Purchase of tickets for both days, the 2 and 3 September 2017, is a prerequisite to participate in the Raffle (the purchase of a single ticket for one day only not permitting participation in the Raffle).
The participation of minors is under the full responsibility of his/her legal representative(s). Participating in the Raffle implies that the minor has obtained the prior authorization of his/her legal representative(s). Riot reserves the right to request a written justification at any time and to disqualify any participant who does not provide such an authorization upon request.
Riot employees cannot participate in the Raffle.
ARTICLE 3 – HOW TO PARTICIPATE
All individuals who purchase tickets to attend the competition entitled “FINALE DU SEGMENT D'ÉTÉ EU 2017” on both 2 and 3 September 2017 in Paris before 28 August 2017 at 5pm (French time), will automatically enter the Raffle.
For the sake of clarity, this applies to (i) individuals who purchase tickets for both the 2 and 3 September 2017 from 22 August to 28 August 2017 at 5pm, (ii) individuals who have purchased tickets for both the 2 and 3 September 2017 prior to the 22 August 2017, (ii) individuals who have already purchased a ticket for either of these dates prior to the 22 August 2017 and purchase a ticket for the other date before 28 August 2017 at 5pm.
Among those participants, ten individuals (the Winners) will be randomly selected by Riot and will be entitled to the Prizes under Article 5.
ARTICLE 4 – WINNERS SELECTION
Ten individuals will be randomly selected on 28 August 2017 after 5pm. The Winners will be notified on 29 August 2017. Any Winner who fails to reply within 24 hours of the date of the notification will be deemed to have waived his right to participate and the prize will be awarded to another participant.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES
Each of the ten Winners will be invited to play a live match on stage (for fun) and have a backstage tour on 3 September 2017. These prizes cannot be exchanged for their value in cash or any other endowment. Riot shall not be responsible for the use or non-use of the prizes by the winners. Prizes are personal and cannot be traded or transferred to another person. In the event of force majeure, the organizing company reserves the right to replace the prize won by a prize of an equivalent nature and value.
ARTICLE 6 – IDENTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS AND ELIMINATION FROM THE RAFFLE
The participants authorize the verification of their identity. Failure to comply with this rule, as well as any fraud or attempted cheating will lead to the elimination of the Winner from this Raffle.
ARTICLE 7 – DATA PRIVACY
The ticket sales agent, the Société anonyme d’exploitation du Palais omnisports de Paris-Bercy, registered with the Paris trade companies register under the number 326 433 117, and with registered address at the Hôtel de Ville de Paris, 75004 Paris, and Riot, will process the participants’ personal data to conduct the Rafle in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation. Failure to provide the personal data required to enter the Rafle may prevent participation of an individual. Société anonyme d’exploitation du Palais omnisports de Paris-Bercy may share the personal data provided by the participants with Riot, affiliates and service providers, and will not retain the personal data provided by the participants for longer than one (1) week after the end of the Rafle.
Any participant has a right to access and rectify the personal data relating to him/her, for completion, clarification, update or deletion of specific information that would be inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or outdated by sending an email at the following address: email@example.com.
The request may also be made in writing, with the applicant contact details, at the address provided under article 1. Postal costs will be reimbursed at the current second class rates (20g basic).
ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY
The liability of Riot is strictly limited to an obligation of means (obligation de moyen) of delivering the prizes.
Riot shall incur no liability if the competition has to be modified, postponed or cancelled.
Riot reserves the right, in case of force majeure or for any cause beyond its control, to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Raffle, without incurring any liability as a result.
Riot shall not be held responsible because of an impossibility to contact the Winners.
ARTICLE 9 – RULES AVAILABILITY
The participants to this Raffle fully accept these rules, which can be obtained on request at the above address of Riot, specified under Article 1, throughout the duration of the Raffle or online at the following address [firstname.lastname@example.org].
ARTICLE 10 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This regulation is governed by French law.
Any dispute in relation to the interpretation or implementation of these rules shall be first settled amicably between the parties. If no agreement is reached between the parties within a month, the Paris First Instance court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
