How to get your EU Summer Finals tickets

We’re heading to Kraków for the EU Summer Finals and with a place at the 2016 World Championships in North America on the line, the battle for first place will be a fierce one. Teams will battle it out to be crowned the EU Summer champions as well as the last set of available championship points.

UPDATE: We have received lots of feedback about ticket pricing for the EU Summer Finals so we’ve decided to reduce the price to 50 PLN per ticket to make the event more accessible to a larger portion of Polish players. If you purchased a ticket before August 5th then you should have received an email from us, sent to the address used when purchasing your ticket. We encourage everyone to get their tickets before the event as we cannot guarantee availability at the door.

Join us in Poland on August 27-28 to close out the 2016 EU LCS season and here’s all you need to know to get your tickets:

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, July 1st at 16:00 CEST via Ticketmaster.

How much are tickets?

Tickets will be PLN 50, plus applicable fees. Collector Tickets will also be available for an additional 26 PLN (€ 5.90).

Do I have to make an account to buy tickets?

Yes, Ticketmaster requires an account to purchase tickets. To save time, we recommend that you sign-up and create an account before ticket sales go live.

Will there be a queue/waiting page for tickets?

If the event is in high enough demand, Ticketmaster uses a queue system that will select purchasing order by random lottery. Keep in mind that being in the queue does not guarantee that you’ll get tickets.

Are seats assigned? I want to sit with my friends.

If you want to sit with your friends, buy tickets together. Seats are assigned for every ticket.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable.

How many tickets can I purchase at once?

Five tickets may be purchased per order.

Will there be more tickets released closer to the event?

There will be extremely limited quantities of tickets released closer to the event based on our final production setup. If you want to guarantee a seat at the EU Summer Finals, we suggest not waiting as there may not be availability after the initial wave of tickets. It’s also recommended not to buy tickets from resellers as we can’t guarantee the legitimacy of the ticket, or whether it will be valid on the door. We’ll share more information during July.
