We want to sincerely apologise for the issues on the broadcast, and thank everyone for their patience while we tried to find a solution. We tried multiple different options to resolve the issue but were unable to find a suitable fix that did not impact both teams. We wanted to avoid putting players through more stress while we tried to investigate, which would ultimately impact their play.
We understand that the stakes are high for both H2K and Fnatic, and the most important thing is to make sure there’s a fair and balanced environment in which they play their Quarterfinal series. Our team will continue to look into this issue to make sure we’re confident it won’t happen again.
Everyone who attended the show today will be issued with a full refund and free entry to the show on Tuesday - you will receive an email with further information.
Join us on Tuesday, August 16 at 17:00 CEST as H2K takes on Fnatic in the EU LCS Summer Split Quarterfinal.
