Blank is no stranger to competition in the jungle. Blank got his start with Star Horn Royal Club in 2015. After the team was relegated from the LPL, he joined SK telecom T1 in 2016 as a backup jungler to veteran Bengi. Blank didn't exactly impress with his first few games in the LCK, but he fought hard for playing time.
When Bengi retired after the 2016 season, it looked like Blank's time to shine. But then SKT signed Peanut, another superstar jungler. Blank wasn't deterred. And instead of soaring, SKT struggled during the 2017 LCK Summer Split. That was when Blank stepped in and helped save SKT's season. Now Blank will make his second trip to the World Championship.
