With his charming accent and beaming smile, Raymond "KaSing" Tsang will brighten your day instantly. Unless of course you're going toe-to-toe against him in lane, then you're in for a world of stuns, hooks, and every other type of unpleasant lockdown imaginable. KaSing's entrance into H2K's lineup in 2015 was a catalytic moment, as the team bounded off to an eight-game win streak. One person who came out looking particularly good during this span was H2K’s AD carry Petter "Hjarnan" Freyschuss. When asked during an interview what accounted for the incredible numbers he was putting up during the win streak, he had only one thing to say -- "KaSing". KaSing flew into the open arms of Team Vitality in the 2015 offseason, joining a roster full of misfits from other squads -- including his old H2K teammate and bot lane partner Hjarnan.
In 2016 KaSing performed admirably on a Vitality squad laced with talent. It wasn’t enough to save the legendary partnership between KaSing and Hjarnan though, and to the disappointment of fans around the world, their seemingly unbreakable bond was severed as Hjarnan stepped down from his starting role. KaSing’s infectious positivity will be essential in developing his new laning partner, Hyeong-gi “Police” Park. If we’re to believe Hjarnan (and we should), Vitality is left in great hands.
