The original League of Legends powerhouse, Counter Logic Gaming crushed all competition during the infancy of LoL esports. However, CLG struggled in the early years of the NA LCS. But the team roared back to life during the Faith Age, scoring two NA LCS titles--one in the summer of 2015, and a second in the spring of 2016. Their second title led them to the 2016 Mid-Season Invitational, where they achieved new heights with a second-place finish. After failing to qualify for the 2017 World Championship, Counter Logic Gaming brought in some new faces for 2018. They struggled greatly to start the 2018 NA LCS Spring Split, but surged in the second half, coming up just short of the playoffs. If they can keep that going this summer, they'll be sure to return to the league's biggest stage.
