The bbq OLIVERS are out to prove themselves in 2017. At the 2015 KeSPA Cup, the young team formerly known as ESC Ever shocked the region, upsetting world champs SK Telecom T1 and earning Korea’s only spot at IEM Cologne. ESC Ever continued to show promise in 2016, when they earned a spot in Champions Summer 2016.
The LCK hit them hard. The team finished in ninth place with a 5-13 record, forcing them to play in the 2017 LCK Spring Promotion Tournament. Facing elimination, they defeated CJ Entus to win their spot back in the LCK. Now they’re out to improve upon last year’s showing and hand out a few more of their trademark upsets.
